twitter, two

I have just entered my 4th twitter comment and have made a great new game of it. I find trying to use just exactly the 140 characters per post is really a nice challenge. It lacks the score keeping and chicken noise of Fowl Words but it does served a purpose. I know it is not the purpose for which it was intended but I fail to see much of its true point. So for now just count me as, twitter me not!

LauraAnn said...: I have to agree that i don't see much real value in twitter. It seems a bit egotistical to think that one's daily dealings are important enough to record...

I thought about changing my avatar but I think I'm pretty much the same. The dog situation is unchanged(too many). I still spend too much time in the kitchen. Still working hard to try to keep from getting old and fat. Am again anxious to cook away the summer. At the recommendation of my sister I'm reading Animal, Vegetable, Miracle by Barbara Kingsolver and loving it. I was so inspired that I went to the farmer's market today and came home with....homemade tamales! I know. They are better than fresh okra. Perhaps I'll update my avatar with my dream avatar. No, I think I'll just go get a snack instead.
